Sent items are updated and show as such when not in cached mode, or when using OWA. Only in cached mode do we see the problem. It appears to be a sync issue between Outlook and Exchange. We are running outlook and Exchange In your exclaimer please check if you have sent items update enabled Inorder to do that Log in to Mail disclamier - select sent items update and ensure enable sent items update has a check mark Also in sent item handling - select the option replace the original sent item with the disclamed version of the message.
Personally i feel not to update the end users sent item with signature since it will increase his mailbox soon than normal sent items without the disclaimer images which is good. Another way I can verify that Exclaimer is updating the sent items properly is by opening Outlook , right click on the Sent Items folder, select properties, then click click the "Clear Offline Items" button. Restart Outlook which will cause the sent items folder to re-sync with the server.
All of the sent items will now show with the signature appended. However, any new emails sent after this is done still will not have the signature appended to the sent item. All of these symptoms are pointing at a sync issue between Outlook and Exchange. The items are being updated in the user's mailbox, they are just not updating the Outlook.
